3. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR

All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on the mega88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are in their own name.

Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and online banking via major Malaysian banks. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the selected payment method. mega88 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks or third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account registered under the name in the user's mega88 profile. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements, or where the account holder's name does not match, may be delayed or rejected until verification is completed. mega88 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals during an investigation if there are indicators of suspicious activity.

Transaction errors caused by third-party technical failures — including payment providers and banks — are outside mega88's control, and the platform bears no liability for any resulting delays or losses.

Account Suspension & Closure

The account is linked to activity that violates Malaysian law.

Valid funds in accounts closed for reasons other than fraud will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to verification requirements.
